We were there for 1 day, everything was very good, really enjoyed its marvellous location very close to chaotic old quarter, the center of Hanoi city and a quiet alley away from the hustle.

The bathrooms could use better sound insulation!!! It would also be nice if the hotel could ensure that families are grouped on the same floor upon arrival!!! The shower pressure varied and could definitely use some improvement!!!

Single travelers delight
The service was very nice the staff went out of their way to help me with local tips. My room was spacious with a lovely balcony that gave me some peace in the busy area.
It wasn't inexpensive but it was still acceptable.
